A quiet and calm place in the heart of Grand Bay, opposite of one of the biggest mall in the North - Super U. 24/7 security guard and perfect location, moments away from the public beach of Grand Baie.

The space
The bungalow features 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom upstairs and an additional toilet downstairs, a comfortable living area and a small terrace, overlooking the garden which is shared by the other guests of the residence.

It is furnished in such a way that you feel like at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave and coffee machine as well as a washing machine.

The townhome is serviced every morning except week-ends and public holidays.

The cable smart TV offers local and international channels. High speed internet (WIFI) is available in the house. The bedrooms are both fully air conditioned. Bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor of the bungalow.

The pool in the residence, located in the center of the shared garden just a few meters from the bungalow, is currently under renovation. This long-awaited project has finally started and is expected to be completed by the beginning of next year (January 2025). We would recommend to enjoy the beach and lagoon a few minutes walk away in the bay of Grand Baie.

Guest access
Guest access the whole townhome. Getting around is super easy and opposite the residence you will find a French bakery, restaurants, a hypermarket, pharmacy, taxi stand, many shops and the beach and lagoon are only 2 minutes walk from the residence.
