Quaint elegant villa with pool in Grand Gaube

Private four bedroom spacious villa with pool and garden, 500m (6mins) walk from the cozy beach of Grand Gaube.

Enjoy a lovely local village vibe in this two-storey villa which is the perfect location to relax and unwind in a local setting. The villa is 15-20 minutes (by car) from the buzzing villages of Pereybere, Grand Baie and Goodlands where you may find all the necessary facilities such as supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, ATM, bakery, butchers.

The space
Ideal for 4 couples, group of friends or a large family with children. The bungalow features 4 bedrooms of which the master bedroom and another bedroom are ensuite and located on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms share a separate bathroom and toilet on the first floor where you may also find a small office area as well as a children's space. The four bedrooms are fully air conditioned with double beds.

There is a comfortable well designed living area on the ground floor in the main building. Guests will also access a cosy lounge and dining area separated from the main house accessible via the kitchen terrace overlooking the private swimming pool and the garden. The main dining table is set under the covered terrace with a small kitchen and a charcoal barbecue will ensure wonderful social grilling moments.

The main kitchen, located in the main building, is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine.

Anju services the bungalow everyday from Monday to Saturday except Sundays and public holidays. She is there from 9ish to 3 p.m.

The cable TV offers local and international channels. High speed internet (WIFI) is available in the house.

The villa is part of a secure gated estate with 3 villas, located next to a lush orchard of 20+ tropical fruit trees and spices — mango, lychee, coconut, papaya, banana, avocado, and more! 🥭🍌🥥

In the larger shared garden in front of the villas, guests can enjoy:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, private pool, and garden and parking area.

Other things to note
*** A car is essential, as shops and restaurants are 5–10 minutes away in Calodyne, and the lively resort town of Grand Baie is just 15–20 minutes by car. Local convenience shops can also be found within the village. Located in the peaceful residential village of Grand Gaube, the cottage offers an authentic Mauritian experience.
